WHAT I
HAVE DONE
My thirty years as a professor, faculty leader, and academic administrator with professional experience in the U.S. and Canada have given me a broad background in management and leadership. I have also served on numerous local, regional, and national nonprofit boards. These experience undergird my work with values-driven organizations and their leaders as they put their values to work and improve their effectiveness. The hallmark of my career is a constant drive toward individual and organizational improvement and a willingness to rethink the familiar in order to innovate for the future.

My goal as a college administrator was always to help set higher education and its institutions on a more successful path and to help leaders at every level to become their best selves and to cultivate the best in others by refocusing on the organizational mission. I offer my experience and commitment to leaders and emerging leaders in every field that values its mission.
